Terms and Conditions

1. If signed by one party only, I confirm that I am authorized to sign on behalf of all passengers listed on this booking form
2. All persons named on this form are fit and physically able to partake unaided in their chosen group tour as per the itinerary outlined in the tour dossier
3. All parties acknowledge the physical demands and hazards involved in the tour they will be undertaking and have chosen to participate at their own risk
4. All parties understand that any medical or dietary information provided to Annie's Italy does not, under any circumstance, make Annie's Italy liable if a particular condition exacerbates while on tour or affects their ability to participate in any portion of the tour
Annies Italy needs a minumum of 4 guests to hold a tour, if this is not met we have the right to cancel the tour. If the australian dollar falls under .60cents to the euro a 10% surcharge will apply to cover costs
5. Non-refundable deposit of $500 is required within 7 days of booking
   • Further payment of 50% is required 90 days before departure, any cancellations after this time will not receive a refund
   • Balance due 45 days from departure, any cancellations after this time will not receive a refund, any cancellations after this time will not receive a refund
