Spend 5 nights in the Vincenza hills with breathtaking views and local artisan food heroes. Steeped in history both food and culturally this is a road a little less travelled. Our accomodation an old school house is the perfect way to immerse our selves in this fascinating region. Three nights will be spent in Friuli Venezia Guilia at a local agristourismo visiting the beautiful Trieste and Udine.

Itinerary

  • Day 1

    Benvenuto In Italia

    After arriving and settling in to our luxury boutique accommodation, you will enjoy a traditional local Italian dinner.

  • Day 2

    Bassano & Wine Tour

    Experience everything Bassano including markets, local shops and the quintessential Italian landscapes. Lunch at El Bocon Del Prete Deli, a local gastronomic shop, followed by a festival, apertivo and tour of Villa Angarano. Dinner is held at Al Canaseo - a favourite with the locals.

  • Day 3

    Prosecco in Valdobbiadene

    Spend the day in Valdobbiadene, Italy's heart and home of prosecco, with visits to some cantinas and lunch at a local locanda. We'll enjoy a dinner at a local trattoria, before heading back to the house.

  • Day 4

    Dolomites

    We will take a visit to the great wonder that is the Dolomite's and experience the famous five towers. Go up high to take in the breathtaking views and enjoy a local lunch of mountain food

  • Day 5

    Cooking class with chef Andrea

    Our host Andrea will teach you skills and traditions which will inspire even the laziest of cooks. We will go foraging in the forest and make everything from scratch in one of the most beautiful places.

  • Day 6

    Friuli Venezia Giulia

    Discover what make San Daniele Prosciutto the king of hams. We visit morgante prosciutto in this beautiful hilltop village and indulge in the local delicacies.The next 2 nights are spent at a beautiful agritourismo

  • Day 7

    Trieste

    Trieste a stunning port side city filled with amazing architecture and traditions. We will spend a good part of the day here wondering the beautiful streets and monuments along with a picnic lunch. The afternoon will involve a wine tasting by one of the oldest wine making families in the region

  • Day 8

    Local winery

    This family run winery is pure tradition and flair. We are treated to their beautiful wines and mums cooking for lunch before we head back to Veneto

  • Day 9

    Farewell To Friends

    With a sense of connection and whats really important we say arrivederci
